The Woodbine Carnegie Public Library was the first library in Harrison County, built in 1910, has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. On the grounds you will find a World War I memorial and artillery gun, a refurbished fountain dedicated in 1917 and a replica of the Statue Of Liberty. The interior features a statue, The Goddess of the Cup, a bust of Abraham Lincoln, and documents signed by Presidents Lincoln and Garfield. A $400,000.00 expansion project was completed in 2001.

Children's Story Hour
3-4 year olds 10:30 a.m. on Tuesdays from September through April.
2 year olds on Thursdays from September through April.
